* Paint Shop Pro "any version"
1. Open your picture/or blend on your PSP.
And duplicate the layer like this:
2. The layer you duplicated must be now the top layer.
Lets add blur to it.
Go to effects-->Blur-->Gauusian blur with the
following settings:
You'll notice it will get very blurry, dont worry, its
supposed to be like that :)
3. Now on your layer palette, and change the layer settings
to (screen) like this:
*Layer palette will come up
as soon as you hit the letter "L" on your keyboard.
4. Now merge your layers visible:
5. Last, lets put a order on it,
make sure the color is black on the palette:
* to bring color palette if not seen, press
the letter "C" on your keyboard.
Go to image-->Border, and apply these settings:
This is your result, good luck!!!!!!!
You can apply text as you like, or even brushes,
here's my version of the finishing :)
